		<description>I&#039;m going to be in the Dominican Republic next weekend, and I haven&#039;t traveled in a while. Visa/Mastercard is accepted around the world right?

I am also going to an all-inclusive resort. Do they give you a card like they do on cruises so that you can charge stuff to your room and pay it later? Or should I just take cash?</description>
