Also, people should be aware, if you&#039;re sitting on a capital gain right now, it might be best to think about taking those gains somewhere here in 2008 as Mr. Obama, the likely future president, plans to raise the cap gains tax to a ridiculous level.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been using TurboTax for the last few years. Taxes in general are very confusing, even with an application. 

Going through all the TurboTax options take a while but it&#039;s legit. I&#039;ve had no problems with it so far.

I choose not to e-file and just send by mail. There is an additional charge for e-file.

I have not tried HR-Block I am sure it&#039;s good. Turbo tax also has a simple free version on their site. I have not checked it out though.</description>
