I hate picking my benefits every year but we all have to do it. This is a good article on the topic but at the end of the day you are really on your own

I don’t like making decisions, so I’m glad my company has 1 health plan. We have Tufts here. We just switched to Tufts from Blue cross, and the price was staying exactly the same. That was good.
They also added a dental option this year. I chose to participate. It costs me about $300 pre-tax dollars a year for it. I have up to $1000 a year to use in dental benefits. I’m pretty happy about that because if I were to get 2 cleanings a year, it may cost me close to the same, but after tax dollars. So good deal I think. I just have to use it now.
