		<description>You would just get the offered price and you would be out of WAMU. If you still wanted exposure to WAMU after they got bought out you can just buy shares of the new firm. All of this info should be avalable from any broker you chose to use.</description>

In general, if you bought the shares now, and a company offers to buy out the company, you would get the offer price this new company is willing to pay. I think you would just get money for your shares if it&#039;s a pure buy out.</description>
