This is just a bailout of the banks by the fed. The banks will buy back the securities at a huge discount and will get to keep the majority of the 200 billion. It’s something different but it’s the same old bailout. I actually kind of like it.

The FED is a complete waste of space, they have gone too far once again, saving a company at the expense of the currency. Milton Friedman said we should replace the FED with a computer, how right he was!!
